Medical Language Specialist (MLS) Training Program:

The MLS-training
program at Shaster was developed and taught by our
highly qualified and experienced staff which
includes doctors. The program is compiled in
compliance with the American Association of Medical
Transcription (AAMT).
The program extends to
a period of six months of basic training and six
months of "Continued Educational Program".

During the basic training module the following
topics are taught: |
- Language of
Medicine
- English Grammar
- Americanism
- Medical
transcription essentials
- Medical
transcription related computer applications
- Typing
|
In the
"Continued Educational
Program" you will be trained to excel in
Transcription skills. |
